Pouya Dadmarz (Persian: پویا دادمرز) is an Iranian Greco-Roman wrestler who competes in the 55 kg weight class. Born on November 10, 1999, in Izeh, Iran, he has represented Iran in numerous international events, including World Championships in 2023 (Belgrade) and 2024 (Tirana).

His notable achievements include a bronze medal at the 2021 Asian Championships and a silver medal at the 2021 Vehbi Emre & Hamit Kaplan Tournament, both in the 55 kg category. In 2022, Dadmarz won gold at the Bolat Turlykhanov Cup in Almaty and finished eighth at the World Championships in the same weight class. He has also competed at World Cups and multiple Asian Championships (2021 Almaty bronze; 2023 Astana; 2024 Bishkek) and has a history in junior and U23 competitions, including the World U23 Championships in 2021 and 2022 and the Asian U23/Junior events in 2017–2019.

In December 2025, Dadmarz publicly supported the Iranian protests by reposting images, though he deleted the post hours later.
