The Mongolian Second League was Mongolia’s third-tier football league. It began in 2019 and was run by the Mongolian Football Federation. The league had 10 clubs and continued until the 2023–24 season, when it was dissolved. Ulaangom City FC were the final champions, winning their first title in 2023–24. Five clubs have won the league once, the most by any club. In its early years all matches were played at the MFF Football Centre, with most games moved to Khan-Uul Stadium from 2022 onward. The league fed promotion to the Mongolian First League (formerly) and relegation to the National Amateur Cup (formerly).
