Mirashi Buwa, born Yashwant Sadashiva Buwa in 1883 in Ichalkaranji (present-day Kolhapur district, Maharashtra), was an Indian classical singer in the khyal style of Hindustani music. He was a notable student of Balakrishnabuwa Ichalkaranjikar of the Gwalior gharana, along with Vishnu Digambar Paluskar, and was known for his fast taans. He also acted in Sangeet Nataks and Marathi theatre musicals. From 1911 to 1932, he worked with the Pune theatre company Natyakala Pravartak Mandali and taught many students. In 1961, he received the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award, India's national award for music, dance and drama. He died on 5 January 1966. His notable students included Vinayakbuva Utturkar, Yeshawantbuwa Joshi, Pt. Bhalchandra Tryambak Ranade (Jabalpur), and Rajarambua Paradkar of Mumbai.
