Erigeron salmonensis, known as the Salmon River fleabane, is a rare North American flowering plant in the daisy family. It is found only in the Salmon River Canyon in central Idaho, where it grows on ledges and cracks in north-facing cliffs. This perennial herb forms a woody underground base and can reach about 35 cm (14 inches) tall. Each stem usually has 1 to 3 flower heads. Every head has 11 to 15 white ray florets surrounding many yellow disc florets.
