Milan is a 2004 Philippine romantic drama directed by Olivia M. Lamasan, with a story by Raymond Lee and a screenplay co-written by Lee. The film stars Claudine Barretto and Piolo Pascual, with supporting roles from Iza Calzado, Ilonah Jean, Lotlot de Leon, and Ryan Eigenmann. Produced by Star Cinema, it was released in the Philippines on February 11, 2004, and runs for 135 minutes.

Set in Milan, Italy, the story follows Lino (Piolo Pascual), who travels to Italy to search for his missing wife, Mary Grace. There he meets Jenny (Claudine Barretto), a powerful figure among Filipino migrant workers whose dreams of success hide loneliness. What begins as a mentor–protege relationship grows into a deep, complicated love between them, tested by the realities of life abroad.

Filming took place mainly in Milan and other Italian cities such as Venice. The budget was about ₱30 million, and the film was a box-office success, earning around ₱135.88 million.

Milan premiered on February 11, 2004, and was later released on VHS, VCD, and DVD in April 2004. In 2015, ABS-CBN’s Film Restoration Project released a digitally remastered version on iTunes. The movie’s theme song, The Gift, was performed by Piolo Pascual.

Critical reception praised the film for blending drama, romance, and social commentary, and for strong performances by the lead actors.
