Memories Unlocked (French title Souvenirs intimes) is a Canadian drama film released in 1999. Directed by Jean Beaudin and based on Monique Proulx’s novel Homme invisible à la fenêtre, it stars James Hyndman as Max, a paraplegic artist, whose ex-girlfriend Lucie (Pascale Bussières) returns years after their breakup to accuse him of rape. The cast also includes Pierre-Luc Brillant, Yves Jacques, Louise Portal, Michel Charette, Marcel Sabourin and Sébastien Huberdeau. The film runs 118 minutes, is in French, and was produced by Jean-Roch Marcotte. It premiered on August 28, 1999 at the Montreal World Film Festival. Music is by Richard Grégoire; cinematography by Pierre Gill; editing by Gaétan Huot.
