Matsugasaki Station (松ヶ崎駅) is a Kyoto Municipal Subway station on the Karasuma Line in Sakyo-ku, Kyoto, Japan. The station code is K02. It sits mostly underground under Kitayama-dori street, with two floors: the upper level has the station office and ticket gates, and the lower level has an island platform serving two tracks.

Access and nearby features
- There are two outside stairs: the East side has escalators; the West side has a lift and bicycle parking.
- Bus stops are available at the station; one stop is adjacent to exit 1, and another is Matsugasaki Kaijiri Cho.
- Sugakuin Station on the Eizan Railway is about 800 meters east of Matsugasaki Station.

On the Karasuma Line
- The preceding station is Kitayama (K03) toward Takeda; the following station is Kokusaikaikan (K01), the line’s northern terminus.

History and usage
- Opened in 1997.
- About 11,786 passengers daily in fiscal year 2016.

Local notes
- The area has a long history, with roots going back to the late 8th century. The name Matsugasaki appears in classical literature, and development accelerated after Kitayama-dori street opened in 1985 and the Karasuma Line was built.
- Each year on August 16, the “Myo” and “Ho” characters (妙・法), associated with Gozan no Okuribi, are displayed to the north of the station.
