Matías Gallegos Panozzo, born 15 May 1997 in Santa Ana, Argentina, is a forward who plays for Deportes Copiapó in Chile. He is 1.79 m tall.

Gallegos began his youth career with Tiro Federal Santa Ana and Deportivo Santa Ana before joining Unión Santa Fe in 2011. He made his first-team debut for Unión in the 2017–18 season and scored on his top‑flight debut on 31 March 2018 in a 1–1 draw with San Martín.

In January 2019 he was loaned to Olimpo in Primera B Nacional, where he scored four goals, including a brace against Mitre on 24 March 2019. After returning to Unión, he was loaned again in July 2019 to Estudiantes (BA) for the 2019–2020 season. He debuted on 24 August against San Martín and scored his only Estudiantes goal in February 2020 against the same opponent. Upon returning to Unión, he suffered a knee injury.

In February 2021 he joined Chacarita Juniors on a one-year loan. In February 2023 he moved on loan to Chilean club Barnechea, where he played through 2023 and remained with the club in 2024. In 2025 he signed with Deportes Copiapó.
