Lehr is a very small town in North Dakota, located on the border between Logan and McIntosh counties. It was founded in 1898. The town covers about 0.19 square miles (0.50 square kilometers), all land, and sits about 2,064 feet above sea level.

As of the 2020 census, Lehr has 81 residents, with the population estimated at 81 in 2022. The ZIP code is 58460, and the area code is 701.

In 2010, Lehr had 80 people, mainly older adults. The median age was about 70, and over half of residents were 65 or older. The town was entirely White at that time. There were 50 households and 24 families.
