2018–19 B.League season

The 2018–19 B.League season was the third season of Japan’s top basketball league. It ran from September 28, 2018 to May 12, 2019 and featured three divisions: B1 (top), B2, and B3.

B1 (top division)

- Regular season: Chiba Jets finished first, followed by Tochigi Brex and Niigata Albirex BB.
- Playoffs: Alvark Tokyo won the B1 Finals, defeating the Chiba Jets. Finals MVP was Yudai Baba. The season MVP was Yuki Togashi.
- Promotions and relegations: Shimane Susanoo Magic, Tokyo Excellence, and Koshigaya Alphas were promoted to B1. Relegated to lower divisions were Rizing Zephyr Fukuoka, Kanazawa Samuraiz, and Tokyo Hachioji Bee Trains.

- Assists per game: Gary Hamilton (7.5)

B3 season

- First stage leaders included Otsuka Corporation Koshigaya Alphas and Tokyo Excellence with strong 11–1 records.
- Regular season leader: Tokyo Excellence (32–4).
- Individual leaders (B3): Ryan Stephan (points per game, 24.00); Brian Voelkel (rebounds per game, 17.23; assists per game, 9.11); Cullen Russo (steals per game); Chukwudiebere Maduabum (blocks per game); Yasuyuki Miyazaki (FT%); Kenta Tateyama (3P%).
- Final stage leaders included Tokyo Excellence at the top of the standings.

- The league’s promotion and relegation system continued to move teams between B1, B2, and B3 to balance competition and development.
