Masami Tsuda

Masami Tsuda is a Japanese manga artist born on July 9, 1970, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She mainly creates shōjo manga and is best known for Kare Kano: His and Her Circumstances, a story set in Kanagawa. After Kare Kano, she published Chotto Edo Made in LaLa from May 2008 to August 2011. She later began a new series called Hinoko, which started in LaLa in March 2012.
