Mark Vaughan, born 7 May 1985 in Dublin, is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays for Kilmacud Crokes and formerly for the Dublin county team. He usually lines out at left corner forward.

He broke into Dublin’s senior team in 2005, making his first championship start on 19 June 2005 against Wexford and famously scoring two late frees to help Dublin beat Meath in the Leinster quarter-final. Vaughan studied at Griffith College Dublin and the Dublin Institute of Technology. At Blackrock College he excelled in soccer and rugby and even played for Ireland at under-17 level in soccer, with a rugby trial as well, before focusing on Gaelic football. He helped Blackrock win the All-Ireland Schools soccer title in 2003, and a game at Croke Park in 2003 sparked his love for Gaelic football. With Kilmacud Crokes, he won the Dublin Championship in 2004 and 2005 and the Leinster Club Championship in 2005, reaching the All-Ireland club semi-final.

In 2006, Vaughan became a regular in Dublin’s league and contributed in the Leinster Championship, including a notable eight-point effort (five frees) in the Meath replay. He continued to feature in the Leinster and All-Ireland campaigns, and in 2007 helped Dublin win the Leinster Championship. In 2008 he came off the bench to score a goal in the Leinster final win over Wexford and helped Kilmacud Crokes claim the Dublin Championship again. In 2009 Vaughan starred for Kilmacud Crokes, delivering a man-of-the-match performance in the All-Ireland club semi-final against Corofin and scoring six points plus a solo goal; Crokes went on to win the All-Ireland Senior Club Championship, with Vaughan contributing four points in total.
