Mark Pilkington (born 17 March 1978) is a Welsh professional golfer from Bangor, Gwynedd, Wales.

He had a strong amateur career, winning the Welsh Amateur Championship in 1998. He turned professional that year after earning a place on the European Tour at qualifying school.

Pilkington’s first European Tour season in 1999 was not successful, so he moved to the Challenge Tour in 2000. He regained his European Tour card for 2001 and kept it in 2002 by finishing inside the top 100 on the Order of Merit. In 2003 his form dropped, and he spent 2004 back on the Challenge Tour.

His fortunes improved in 2006, when he topped the Challenge Tour Rankings. After early strong results, he won the Kazakhstan Open and was runner-up at the Apulia San Domenico Grand Final. Finishing as the top money winner on the Challenge Tour earned him another European Tour card, but in 2007 he finished 136th on the Order of Merit and lost his card again.

Major championships: The Open Championship appearances came in 2001 and 2006, where he missed the cut. He has a Challenge Tour playoff record of 0–1.
