INS DhruvaK
INS DhruvaK is a mooring vessel built for the Indian Navy by Hindustan Shipyard Limited in Visakhapatnam. The keel was laid on 27 January 1956, it was launched on 16 July 1958, and it was delivered on 16 November 1956. It was the first vessel built for the Indian Navy by Hindustan Shipyard. The vessel is 150 feet long, with a 32-foot beam and a 900-ton displacement. It is powered by a steam-reciprocating engine with coal-fired boilers.
