Aristotelia furtiva
Aristotelia furtiva is a small moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was first described by Edward Meyrick in 1904. This species is found in Australia, especially the eastern mainland and Tasmania. The wingspan is about 11–12 mm. The forewings are dark brown (fuscous) with a slight purplish tint, sprinkled with darker spots, including a dark spot on the fold at about one-quarter of the wing and another below the leading edge at about one-third. The main stigma spots are dark fuscous; the plical stigma lies well before the first discal stigma, which is in the middle of the wing. The hindwings are light grey.
