Marion's Girl
Marion's Girl was a bay Quarter Horse mare born in 1948. Owned by West Texas cattle rancher Marion Flynt and trained for cutting by Buster Welch, she won the NCHA World Championship in 1954 and again in 1956, both times with Welch as her rider. She was inducted into the NCHA Horse Hall of Fame in 1962.
