Ersin Mehmedović (born 10 May 1981) is a retired Serbian football defender who played as a centre-back. He is 1.93 meters tall and was born in Novi Pazar, in what was then Yugoslavia (now Serbia).

His career began in Serbia and Belgium, with early stints at Novi Pazar, Tabor Sežana, Remont Čačak and Gent. While at Gent he was loaned to KV Mechelen, where he made 29 appearances and scored 4 goals.

Mehmedović moved to Romania with Poli Timișoara in 2005, was loaned to Național București for the 2005–06 season, and returned to Poli before transferring to Unirea Urziceni in 2007. He helped Unirea Urziceni win the Romanian league title in 2009.

In 2011 he joined Dinamo București for a six-month spell, and also played for Dinamo București II. Later in his career he played for Taraz in Kazakhstan, then returned to Novi Pazar and finished at Vllaznia Shkodër in Albania.

Overall, Mehmedović made about 217 league appearances and scored 8 goals during his career.
