Producers Guild Film Award for Best Music Director is an Indian prize given by the Film & Television Producers Guild to honor the year’s best music director in Indian cinema. It started in 2004 for films released around 2003 and is part of the annual Producers Guild Film Awards. The award was previously known as the Apsara Award for Best Music Director. There were no winners in 2005 and 2007. The 2016 winners were Amaal Mallik, Ankit Tiwari, and Meet Bros Anjjan.
