Mahindra Tractors is the Indian tractor division of Mahindra & Mahindra, a global maker of agricultural machinery. It was founded in 1947 in Ludhiana by J. C. Mahindra, K. C. Mahindra and M. G. Muhammad and is now based in Mumbai, serving customers worldwide. It is India's largest tractor producer and can manufacture about 150,000 tractors a year, with more than 390 models and a network of over 1,200 dealers across the country.

The company grew through both in-house development and acquisitions. It started with a 1963 joint venture with International Harvester to produce tractors like the B-275. It expanded by acquiring Gujarat Tractors (1999), which became Trakstar, and Punjab Tractors (2007), whose Swaraj brand is still used in India. In 2011, it began manufacturing 15 HP Yuvraj tractors in Rajkot through a Deepak Diesel–Mahindra joint venture.

Globally, Mahindra Tractors operates through subsidiaries such as Jiangling Tractors in China, Mahindra USA in North America, and Mahindra Australia, with a growing presence in the United States, Australia and China. In the U.S., it runs several assembly plants and has sponsored NASCAR teams to raise its profile.

The company has earned quality awards, including the Deming Application Prize (2003) and the Japan Quality Medal (2007). Its product lineup includes models across multiple series, such as OJA, YUVRAJ, JIVO, XP PLUS, SP PLUS, YUVO TECH+, ARJUN and NOVO.
