Madan Vishwanathrao Patil (2 December 1960 – 16 October 2015) was an Indian politician from Sangli, Maharashtra. He belonged to the Indian National Congress (INC) and served as a Member of Parliament in the 12th Lok Sabha, representing the Sangli constituency. He was also elected to the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly in 2009 from Sangli and served as the Cabinet Minister for Women and Child Welfare in the Maharashtra government led by Chief Minister Ashok Chavan.

Patil was the son of Vishwanathrao Shamrao Patil and the grandson of former Maharashtra Chief Minister Vasantdada Patil. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Chintaman Rao College, Shivaji University, Sangli. He was married to Jayashree Patil and had two daughters, Sonia Patil-Holkar and Monika Patil-Kadam. He died in Mumbai on 16 October 2015 at the age of 55.
