Lyckeby GoIF, full name Lyckeby Gymnastik och Idrottsförening, was a Swedish sports club from Lyckeby in Karlskrona Municipality, Blekinge County. It was founded on February 5, 1925 by about 40 local youths who wanted a club for sports like tennis, swimming, winter sports, wrestling and football.

The football team mostly played in the middle divisions of the Swedish league system. In 2011, under chairman Bosse Lindström, Lyckeby GoIF competed in Division 3 Sydöstra Götaland and finished 2nd. Home matches were played at Lyckåvallen in Lyckeby. Since 1995 the clubhouse has been at Lyckåvallen, which features four football fields, six changing rooms, a cafe and storage sheds. The club was affiliated with Blekinge Fotbollförbund.

In 2012, Lyckeby GoIF merged with Karlskrona AIF to form FK Karlskrona, and Lyckeby GoIF ceased to exist.
