Nokia 1600 is a basic mobile phone from Nokia’s Ultrabasic line. It was announced on May 28, 2005 and released in June 2005. Designed mainly for prepaid users in developing countries, it’s known for its durability and ability to survive accidental drops. It sold about 130 million units, making it one of the most successful phones ever. It is related to the Nokia 1110.
