Coffeyton, Missouri
Coffeyton is an unincorporated community in northern Crawford County, Missouri, United States. It sits on a railroad line about 2 miles northeast of Leasburg and 3 miles southwest of Bourbon. A post office operated in Coffeyton from 1882 to 1918. The community was named after Joel T. Coffee, a local physician. Its coordinates are about 38.1167°N, 91.2731°W.
