LOCAL TV Liverpool is a local TV station for the Liverpool City Region. It is owned by Local Television Limited and is part of the LOCAL TV network. The station broadcasts from Toxteth, Liverpool, and is available on Freeview channel 7.

History and changes: It began as Bay TV Liverpool after being awarded a local TV licence in 2013 and started broadcasting on 4 December 2014. In 2016 it went into administration and was bought by Made Television, which relaunched it as Made in Liverpool. The channel later joined the Made Television network and, in 2021, was rebranded LOCAL TV Liverpool as part of plans to link up more LOCAL TV services. In October 2023 it was renamed TalkLiverpool in a partnership with TalkTV, but in April 2024 the name reverted back to Liverpool TV.

Programming: LOCAL TV Liverpool airs around 35 hours of original local programming each week, including Merseyside Live, a weekday-evening local news and features show. It also broadcasts blocks of CBS Reality programming and, at times, TalkTV content. Much of the daytime slate is network programming from the Made network. The station’s output is produced in Toxteth and is transmitted over local Freeview signals; it is not available on satellite or cable.
