Jessika Elliston
Jessika Elliston (born 17 October 1997) is an Australian rugby league player who currently plays for the Gold Coast Titans in the NRL Women's Premiership and for the Tweed Heads Seagulls in the QRL Women's Premiership. She mainly plays in the second row and has represented Queensland and Australia.
Elliston grew up on the Gold Coast after being born in Brisbane and went to Palm Beach Currumbin State High School. She played rugby sevens for the Queensland Reds in 2016 and captained Bond University in the Aon Uni 7s in 2017 before switching to rugby league in 2019. She joined the Tweed Heads Seagulls and represented South East Queensland at the Women’s National Championships that year.
Her Queensland debut came on 21 June 2019 against New South Wales. On 28 June 2019 she joined the Brisbane Broncos NRLW team and debuted in Round 1, a 14–4 win over St George Illawarra. Elliston came off the bench in the Broncos’ 20–10 Grand Final win over the Sydney Roosters on 25 October 2019. She was named in Queensland’s State of Origin squad later that year. Since 2021 she has played for the Gold Coast Titans while continuing to represent Queensland and Australia.
