Volcanoes in Equatorial Guinea
Equatorial Guinea has one active volcano, Pico Basilé, located on Bioko Island. It is the highest peak in the country. The mainland region of Río Muni has no active volcanoes today; any volcanic features there are extinct or ancient. Pico Basilé is part of the Cameroon volcanic line.
