Lissotesta liratula

Lissotesta liratula is a tiny sea snail (a marine gastropod) in the superfamily Seguenzioidea, with its exact family placement uncertain (incertae sedis). It was described by Pelseneer in 1903 and has also been named Cyclostrema liratulum. The shell reaches about 1.1 mm in height. This species lives in Antarctic waters, specifically the Weddell Sea and Bellingshausen Sea, at a depth of around 500 meters.
