Verkhnetulomsky
Verkhnetulomsky (Russian: Верхнетуломский) is an urban-type settlement in Kolsky District, Murmansk Oblast, Russia. It lies on the Kola Peninsula, on the upper Tuloma River, about 60 kilometers southwest of Murmansk. The settlement was founded around 1961 as a work settlement.
Population has changed over time: 2,797 in 1989; 2,003 in 2002; 1,580 in 2010; and an estimated 1,254 in 2023 (about 20% decline since 2010).
