Liparis antarcticus

Liparis antarcticus is a species of snailfish that lives near the sea floor in the Southeast Pacific, off Chile. It is the only known Liparis species found in the Southern Hemisphere. The species is known from a single specimen (the holotype). The reported collection site, Eden Harbor in Ultima, southern Chile, may be incorrect, and the fish may have come from California instead.
