Kazuhiro Takeda (born June 22, 1965) is a former Japanese professional baseball pitcher. He batted left-handed and threw right-handed. Takeda played in Nippon Professional Baseball from 1988 to 2002 for four teams: Nippon-Ham Fighters, Fukuoka Daiei Hawks, Chunichi Dragons, and Yomiuri Giants. His career totals include 89 wins, 99 losses, a 3.92 ERA, 1,008 strikeouts, and 31 saves. He made his NPB debut on June 8, 1988, and his last game was on October 10, 2002. After retiring, he served as the pitching coach for Japan at the 2006 World Baseball Classic.
