Le Havre Athletic Club, commonly called Le Havre AC or HAC, is a French football club from Le Havre, Normandy. Its nicknames are Le Club Doyen (The Dean Club) and Les Ciel et Marine (The Sky and Navy).

The club started as a sports club in 1884, with the football section beginning in 1894. They play their home matches at Stade Océane, which has about 25,000 seats. In the 2024–25 season, Le Havre AC is in Ligue 1 after winning Ligue 2 in 2022–23.

Le Havre was the first French club outside Paris to win the national championship, doing so in 1899, with another title in 1900. They have won Ligue 2 six times and the Coupe de France in 1959. The team colors are sky blue and navy, a nod to their English roots; their anthem is sung to the tune of God Save the King.

Rivalries include the Derby Normand with SM Caen and notable matches against Lens. The club has developed many players who went on to big careers, such as Paul Pogba and Riyad Mahrez.

Ownership and leadership: Blue Crow Sports Group owns the club, with Jeff Luhnow as chairman and Didier Digard as head coach.
