Lake Rondaxe is a lake in Herkimer County, New York, located northeast of Carter Station. It covers about 248 acres (1.0 square kilometer) and sits at an elevation of about 1,719 feet (524 meters). The lake is about 10 feet deep on average (3.0 m) and reaches up to 33 feet (10 m) at its deepest point. The shoreline is roughly 15.7 miles (9.2 km) long, and the lake has two islands. The North Branch of the Moose River flows into and out of Lake Rondaxe. Fish in the lake include Atlantic salmon, rainbow trout, smallmouth bass, brook trout, yellow perch, and black bullhead. There is no public access to the lake.
