Lady Constance Harriet Stuart Milnes Gaskell (née Knox; 21 April 1885 – 29 April 1964) was a British courtier who served the royal family for many years. From 1937 to 1953 she was a Woman of the Bedchamber to Queen Mary, and from 1953 to 1960 she was a Lady-in-Waiting to Princess Marina, Duchess of Kent. She held the honors DCVO (Dame Commander of the Royal Victorian Order) and DStJ (Dame of Justice, Order of St John).

She was the second, but eldest surviving, daughter of Constance Caulfeild and Uchter Knox, 5th Earl of Ranfurly, who later served as Governor of New Zealand (1897–1904).

In 1905 she married Major Evelyn Milnes Gaskell, who died in 1931. He was the son of Charles Milnes Gaskell, MP for Morley, and Lady Catherine Henrietta Wallop, daughter of the 5th Earl of Portsmouth, and was an author. The couple had a son who died in a flying accident in 1943.

Lady Constance died in 1964, eight days after her 79th birthday. Two portraits of her are in the National Portrait Gallery.
