Luca Rastelli (born 29 December 1999 in Cremona, Italy) is a former Italian road cyclist. He raced professionally from 2018 until January 2024. Rastelli rode for Biesse–Carrera Gavardo (2018), Team Colpack–Ballan (2020–2021), Bardiani–CSF–Faizanè (2022–2023), and Work Service–Vitalcare–Dynatek (2024). As an amateur, he rode for CC Cremonese 1891 Gruppo Arvedi, GB Junior, and Delio Gallina Colosio Eurofeed (2019), among others. He is 1.75 m tall.
