Lacey A. Collier (born June 23, 1935) is a senior judge on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida. He was born in Demopolis, Alabama, and served in the U.S. Navy from 1955 to 1975.

Education: He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the Naval Postgraduate School in 1970, a Master of Arts from the University of West Florida in 1972, another Bachelor of Arts from the University of West Florida in 1975, and a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 1977.

Early legal career: He worked as an assistant state attorney for the First Judicial District from 1977 to 1984, then served as a circuit judge in the same district from 1984 to 1991.

Federal service: President George H. W. Bush nominated him on July 24, 1991, to a newly created seat on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida. He was confirmed by the Senate on November 15, 1991, and received his commission on November 18, 1991. He assumed senior status on November 20, 2003, and he continues to serve as a senior judge.
