Kuwait National Cultural District (KNCD) is a large, multi-billion-dollar project to boost arts and culture in Kuwait. It costs over US$1 billion and is one of the world’s biggest cultural investments. KNCD is part of the Global Cultural Districts Network.

The district has three main cultural clusters:
- Sheikh Jaber Al Ahmad Cultural Centre: the largest cultural center and opera house in the Middle East.
- Abdullah Al-Salem Cultural Centre: a 13-hectare site with 22,000 square meters of exhibit space, claimed to be the world’s largest museum project.
- Al Shaheed Park: the largest green roof project in the Arab world.

KNCD is a key part of Kuwait’s Vision 2035.
