Puerto Rico at the 2024 Summer Olympics

Puerto Rico competed at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris from July 26 to August 11. The team had 51 athletes (27 men and 24 women) in 13 sports, marking Puerto Rico’s 20th straight Summer Games. For the first time, Puerto Rico won medals in four consecutive Olympics, finishing with two bronze medals.

The two bronze medalists were Jasmine Camacho-Quinn in the women’s 100 metres hurdles and Sebastian Rivera in men’s freestyle wrestling 65 kg. Camacho-Quinn finished third in a close race, while Rivera earned bronze after several tough bouts in his weight class. Opening ceremony flag bearers were Sebastian Rivera and Jasmine Camacho-Quinn; the closing flag bearer was Luis Castro Rivera.

In addition to the medals, Puerto Rico had competitors across various sports, including archery (one woman), track and field, basketball (men’s and women’s teams), boxing (two boxers), diving (one diver), golf (one player), judo (two), sailing (one boat), shooting (one shooter), skateboarding (one male), swimming (two), table tennis (four players), and wrestling (four).
