Krishna Nagar, Delhi
Krishna Nagar is a neighborhood and urban ward in East Delhi, India, in the Trans-Yamuna area. It is bordered by Vishwas Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Preet Vihar and Geeta Colony.
The area includes many local markets and neighborhoods, such as Ghondi Vil, Lal Quarter Market, Old Anarkali, Jagatpuri, Ram Nagar and its extensions, East Krishna Nagar, Krishna Nagar Blocks A–K, Krishna Nagar Extension, Shivpuri and Shivpuri Extension, Arjun Nagar and Old Arjun Nagar, Kanti Nagar, Radhey Puri, Rashid Market, Chander Nagar, New Layal Pur and New Layal Pur Extension, West Azad Nagar and Khureji Khas. Lal Quarter Market is the main shopping area, offering jewelry, kurtis and dupattas, daily wear, saris, bags, accessories and footwear. The Krishna Nagar metro station is on the Pink Line of the Delhi Metro.
