Gilberto Buta Lutucuta
Gilberto Buta Lutucuta (c. 1942 – 18 February 2022) was an Angolan politician and diplomat. He served as Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development from 1999 to 2007 and as ambassador to Côte d'Ivoire from 2007 to 2019. Born in Bailundo, Huambo Province, Angola, he died in Luanda after a brief illness, aged 79 or 80. He had a daughter named Silvia Lutacuta.
