Nikos Linardos (born August 26, 1963) is a Greek former professional basketball player and coach. He was a 2.03 m (6 ft 8 in) power forward who played mainly for Panionios from 1981 to 1991, helping the club finish second in the Greek League in 1987 and win the Greek Cup in 1991. He also played for Sporting Athens, Panellinios, and Maroussi, and was a member of the Greek national team, winning gold at EuroBasket 1987.

After retiring, Linardos became a coach. He worked as an assistant at North Carolina (1997–98) under Dean Smith and at Duke (1998–99) under Mike Krzyzewski. He later coached Maroussi, APOEL (winning the Cypriot Cup in 2003), Apollon Limassol, and Panionios, and he served as an assistant for the Greek national team (2007–08). In the 2010s, he began running youth basketball programs in Galatsi with former teammate Michalis Romanidis. In 2018 he became Director of the basketball academies at Panionios GSS. Linardos has also worked as a sports commentator on Greek TV. His father, Petros Linardos, was a sports journalist, and his grandparents were refugees from Smyrna.
