Kostomlaty nad Labem is a village and municipality in the Nymburk District, Central Bohemian Region, Czech Republic. It has about 1,900 residents and includes five parts. The area is flat farmland, located about 5 km west of Nymburk and 29 km northeast of Prague, along the Elbe River. The Vlkava River runs through the village and flows into the Elbe, which forms the southern border.

The first written mention of Kostomlaty is from 1223. A castle existed there in the 14th century but was abandoned by 1553. In the 15th century, ownership passed from Hynek Boček of Poděbrady to King George of Poděbrady, and it changed hands several times afterward. The Sporck family owned it from 1647 to 1722 as part of the Lysá estate. The village lies on the Prague–Nymburk railway line.

The main landmark is the Church of Saint Bartholomew, built in Baroque style in 1778, with a separate bell tower next to it.
