Kobri, also known as Kobiri, is a village and rural commune in Kita Cercle, Kayes Region, in south‑western Mali. The commune includes 16 villages. In the 2009 census, 12,445 people lived there. The area uses GMT (UTC+0). Coordinates are about 13.118°N, 9.900°W.
