Kittie Fenley Parker (1910–1994) was an American botanist and educator. Born Kittie Lucille Fenley, she earned a PhD from the University of Arizona in 1946 after studying at the University of California, Berkeley. She taught at the University of Arizona’s School of Agriculture from 1949 to 1953 and later taught botany at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Parker worked as a research associate at the National Museum of Natural History from 1959 to 1989 and was a member of the Botanical Society of Washington and the Potomac Chrysanthemum Society. In 1972, she published An Illustrated Guide to Arizona Weeds, illustrated by Lucretia Breazeale Hamilton. Parker died on November 9, 1994, in San Diego, California.
