Henry Clay Overstreet (October 11, 1821 – November 23, 1879) was an American farmer and shoemaker who lived in Florida. He was born in Emanuel County, Georgia, the son of Daniel Overstreet and Martha Alberson. He moved to Florida, living in Orlando in 1856 and Kissimmee in 1860.

Overstreet served in the Florida House of Representatives, representing Brevard, from 1862 to 1864 and again from 1865 to 1867. Brevard did not have representation from 1867 to 1869.

He married Mary Cowart on July 4, 1843, in Emanuel County, Georgia. They had several children, including Elmina Victoria, Ann Martha, Malcolm N., Eleazer Lewis Daniel, Lucinda, Vianna Matilda, Henry Jr., William Stonewall Jackson, John James Matthew, Henrietta, Alice Mary, and George Washington.

He died in Kissimmee, Florida, and is buried at Shingle Creek Cemetery. He lived in Orlando and Kissimmee and was involved in a local feud known as the Barber–Mizell feud among the Mizells, Barbers, Yateses, and Overstreets.
