Kimkan is a small rural settlement (selo) in Obluchensky District, Jewish Autonomous Oblast, Russia. It has 62 residents (2010 census; 97 in 2002) and five streets. The village is about 27 km from Obluchye, the district center, 112 km from Birobidzhan, the regional capital, and about 6,886 km from Moscow. The nearest rural locality is Snarsky.
