Kaitlyn Verfeurth is an American para athlete who competes in paracanoe and used to play wheelchair tennis. She was born on August 12, 1985, in Port Washington, Wisconsin, and has lived in Flagstaff, Arizona.

When she was seven, she sustained an L2 incomplete spinal cord injury in a car accident in 1993. She spent 96 days in Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee and about two months in bed afterward.

Verfeurth competed in wheelchair tennis at the international level. Her highest singles ranking was No. 10 in 2009, and her highest doubles ranking was No. 10 in 2008. She played in the Australian Open, US Open, and Masters, and she participated in the Paralympic Games in 2004, 2008, and 2016. She retired after the 2016 Games because travel for tennis was very demanding.

In 2017 she started paracanoe after meeting the U.S. coach during the 2016 Games. She later competed at the 2020 Summer Paralympics in kayak KL2 and va'a VL2. Verfeurth has won medals at the Parapan American Games in 2007 and 2015 (in both singles and doubles).
