Fulham Fire Station
Fulham Fire Station is a Grade II listed building at 685 Fulham Road, Fulham, London. It was built in 1895–1896, designed by chief architect Robert Pearsall, and later refurbished and extended in 1994 by the Welling Partnership. When it opened, the station was staffed by 12 married men, six single men, one officer and one coachman, and it housed a steam fire engine, a manual engine, a hose tender and a horse cart, with four horses stabled there. In 1913 the station was adapted for motor use.
