Johannes Cornelis Wienecke (1872–1945) was a Dutch medal designer. He was born in Heiligenstadt and died in Apeldoorn. He created the fourth portrait of Queen Wilhelmina that appeared on Dutch coins from 1921 to 1945 and spent many years working in Zeist. In 1922 he designed the logo of the Permanent Court of International Justice, a design still used today by the International Court of Justice.
