Kim Min-kyo (born April 15, 1974, Seoul) is a South Korean actor and director. He has performed on stage in Daehangno for about 20 years and has acted in movies since 1998. He became well known as a cast member on tvN’s Saturday Night Live Korea, joining in 2012 after Seoul Institute of the Arts graduate Jang Jin invited him to help start the new live comedy show. Under the guidance of Shin Dong-yup in the show's third season, his popularity grew a lot, and he often played bold, humorous characters.

Before SNL Korea, he wrote and directed a Korean play originally titled Want Night, later renamed Insolent Romance. The play, featuring Goo Bong-phil as a main character, was produced with Kim Soo-ro and its success helped kick off Kim Soo-ro’s project of launching authentic stage plays. Kim Min-kyo is part of Jang Jin’s group of artists and works as both stage director and actor.

He admires Steven Chow, whom he sees as a role model for blending comedy and tragedy. He married Lee So Young in January 2010. He holds martial arts titles in hapkido and taekwondo and is an atheist who jokes about a personal belief called “Min-Kyo” (believing in himself). On May 9, 2020, his dog fatally attacked a woman; Kim apologized on social media but did not directly contact the family.
