Jesús Lorenzo (1906 – death unknown) was a Cuban professional baseball player who pitched, played in the outfield, and covered first base. Born in Havana, he played in the Negro leagues for the Cuban Stars (West) in 1929 and 1930. In each season he appeared in 12 games, going 5–6 in 1929 and 4–5 in 1930. Overall, in the Negro National League he was 9–11 with a 4.16 ERA and 48 strikeouts. He batted .270 with 0 home runs and 7 RBIs. His recorded Negro leagues career lasted through the 1930 season with the Cuban Stars (West).
